GSI DESIGNS FISHERMEN`S COVE OF CHAIHUIN

On February 15, 2019 the Port Works Directorate (DOP) awarded the construction of the Fisherman`s Cove of Chaihuín, commune of Corral. In this project, GSI Ingeniería developed the architecture and detail engineering of all works.

For the request for proposals, three bidders, who qualified for the economic opening process, budgeted the work in more than CLP$ 2,000 million.

The work developed by GSI for the DOP considered the execution of field studies (tides, topobatimetry and soils mechanics) and the design of the maritime infrastructure for the port with the purpose of improving the current conditions of safety and operation of the fishermen`s cove.
